Fred has been matching top construction talent with customers for the past 13 years for AdKore.  His focus is on Safety Management, Project Management, Superintendents, Foremen and Skilled Labor.  

He is a Veteran of the United States Air Forces Security Forces, a graduate of the University of South Carolina and an avid Gamecocks sports fan.  

Fred enjoys beach time, the Murrells Inlet marsh and racking up miles of wind therapy on his 2014 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited. 

Lauren manages the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of clients, from engineering to manufacturing to skilled trades. 

Lauren works closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, create job descriptions, source and interview candidates, and negotiate offers. 

Lauren's mission is to provide exceptional service and value to both clients and candidates, and to foster long-term relationships based on trust and satisfaction. 

When she's not working you can find her at the beach with her adventurous children!

Britt has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment business with more than 15 of that at AdKore Staffing Group.  

Britt is proud to have grown with an organization that emphasizes professionalism and a strong focus on “doing things the right way”.  

Britt is adept at servicing both clients and candidates to achieve placements that satisfy all parties involved.  But real satisfaction will occur when he finally get that hole in one!  

Sarah is a Senior Recruiter with over 10 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment in light industrial and manufacturing organizations. 

She enjoys building relationships and providing the best experience for each candidate and client. 

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and sharing her love of cooking with them. 

One of these days she will hopefully master the perfect loaf of bread, so far she's 0 for 100!
